The internet says the asking price for Eichel is four first round picks or equivalent. Like, that's free.
Brent Krahn - meh, top 10 pick
Chuck Kobasew - depth guy, (600 games played)
Eric Nystrom - depth, top 10 pick, (almost 600 played)
Dion - NHLer, top 10 pick
 Kris Chucko - cucoo pick
Matt Pelech - can't remember if he even played without googling
 Leland Irving - meh
 Backlund - NHLer
Greg Nemisz - nother fringe guy
Tim Erixon - fuck this guy, didn't make it, eat a dick Erixon
 Sven Baertschi - total pussy
Jankowski - he's still in the league, right? Depth guy
Sean Monahan - I like this guy more than most, I must admit. Big soft spot for him; warrior. NHLer, Top 10 pick
Sam Bennett - middle six guy, NHLer, top 10 pick
Mattew Tkachuk - NHLer, Top 10 pick
Juuso Valimaki - jury is out
 Jakob Pelletier - too early
 Connar Zary - too early
 Matt Coronato - too early
Like, wtf? If they aren't top 10 picks they aren't going to be impact guys. Most of the top 10's the Flames have drafted have turned in to NHLers of various impact. Are the Flames going to be drafting in the top 10 if you get Eichel? The whole point of getting Eichel is that you won't be drafting in the top 10's.
Anyway, I guess he is worried if he trades all his picks, that super kid that is coming up is going to end up being drafted by one of them.
Would trade them 2017 - 2021 though...
